This postcard was sent out in September 2007, announcing the closing of the East Village gallery and the move to the Wall Street area in downtown Manhattan. At this point, McKinney Arts was operated as a private dealer offering viewings of art by appointment.

McKinney Arts participated in this Art Fair, which was described as "the 'alternative' alternative art fair," which was staged in a full-floor abandoned office spaces at 2 Broadway in Lower Manhattan. McKinney Arts displayed the work of all of the artists that were represented by the gallery during the 2006-07 season.
